Using stat() function we can get it.

print "$atime\t$mtime\t$ctime\n";

my ($dev,$ino,$mode,$nlink,$uid,$gid,$rdev,$size, $atime,$mtime,$ctime,$blksize,$blocks) = stat("Library");
print "$atime\t$mtime\t$ctime\n";
