POE Stream Proxy

avo has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Good day mighty monks, I need your help. I looked around for code but couldn't find any. I need a script which acts as a proxy for the following streamed content from a live web cam

Only example I could find is this

Any help will be highly appreciated. I would prefer using POE.

    You're welcome to try one some friends and I hacked together a few years ago: http://thirdlobe.com/svn/web-proxy/trunk/

    It's not my greatest or most efficient code (patches welcome), and it includes some features you probably don't need, but it's a web proxy, it uses POE, and it handles multiple connections and streaming.
