One of the LWP modules to obtain the source (or plain text) of the page (LWP Simple and LWP UserAgent seem like good choices) and perhaps an HTML parsing module to parse the HTML. Update: There is Webservice Youtube too. I searched Google to find it. :) And you didn't even know bears could type.
