(OT) Perl version of DevNotes

dragonchild has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

DevNotes is this ColdFusion thing where you can have little stickynotes / PostIt™ notes on an application. The purpose is so that you can code something up and your client can play with it and add stickynotes on his end. Then, you can see them when you look on yours.

I've been asked by $bosses[0] to see if there's something like this using a Perl backend. I couldn't find anything, but maybe someone here has . . . ?

My criteria for good software:
  1. Does it work?
  2. Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?

Replies are listed 'Best First'.
