In addition to what the friendly unnamed person said above, I install the older version like so:
This works as long as the older version is still on CPAN. Otherwise you'd have to go to BackPAN, but I've never needed to do that.cpan IVAN/Business-OnlinePayment-AuthorizeNet-3.15.tar.gz
