    Hi Amron,

You haven't really included enough information. What are you trying to do? What work have you done so far? Where are you getting stuck?

If you're asking a general question, you need to narrow it down a bit more.

Try reading up on IO::Socket, IO::Socket::INET, and XML RPC - these topics might help you with whatever problem or question you have, or at least help you narrow things down a bit and develop a more specific question.

Oh, and if you do decide to revise your question, take a look at How do I post a question effectively? and Posting on Perl Monks.

Floppy disks. Put your data on a floppy disk, remove it from the computer. Walk to the other computer. Put the floppy disk in the other computer. Copy the data from the floppy disk. And you're done!

What are these 'Floopy Disks' you speak of? Are they some new, crazy technology like this 'interweb' I keep hearing about?

I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!

      chomp; # nom nom nom

If its across the internet I'd use 'scp' for security.
