cygwin should do it, but if you have not heard of it before, I would recommend you to do reading. I ended up formating my hard disk many years ago or "playing" with it. Otherwise when it comes to Perl CMS I would recommend you to try both metadot from: http://metadot.com and webapp from: http://www.web-app.net
