Hmmm, for a while I've been wanting a mega-distribution of perl for windows, with all the popular libraries and whatnot bundled. I hate having to compile libraries over and over again. Heh, perl used to be described as huge and bloated. But now the world has changed and Perl is one of the smaller serious languages. An all-in-one bundle would take up a bit of room, but it's a reasonable proposition - a Java install is 100+ Mb and I don't think perl runs to that. I've got a bit of free time, I might see what I can come up with. ___________________
