Who's paying for cpan.org ads?

Just noticed an ad for cpan.org run by Google Adsense on my site.

That's great -- just curious: Who's paying for those?

    Your link is a 404. (Update: link is corrected)

    BTW Google Adsense sometimes displays ads for non-profit organization if it can't find a suitable ad (or hasn't crawled that page yet).
