If the source doesn't need to be publicly available: amazon.com (at least they use tons of perl)

Update: Other well known projects are imdb.com (tinita++ for the info) and slashdot (or slash, the code base).

    does amazon.com include imdb? Cuz that seems pretty big too and I believe it's all perl.

        IMDB was a project before Amazon bought them out.
