Can't locate object method "on_action" via package "SOAP::WSDL" at perlMonk.pl line 7SOAP::WSDL is a subclass of SOAP::Lite. SOAP::Lite contains the on_action method an has since at least February 2004 (v0.60a - the earliest version currently visible on search.cpan.org).
It sounds like you have a really broken system.
