Admittedly, I've never used Suse (I'm a Debian/Ubuntu guy), but check out http://forums.suselinuxsupport.de/index.php?showtopic=49933 for some information on making boot scripts. It involves placing the script in /etc/init.d and running the chkconfig command against the script.
