All of us have been lacking in our knowledge base - that's how we came to learn so much. This man may be placed in a job he wasn't qualified for, but how much he may have learnt in the last week following the receipt of the code you wrote!

The most annoying people I find in business are those who are employed in a position they are not qualified for, and who don't ask the humbling questions in order to educate themselves into the role, out of fear for their ego.
