"Jump to" only has a list of sections containing new nodes since you last said you'd checked them all. For example if since you were last here there had been new nodes in Seekers of Perl Wisdom, Meditations, and Notes there would only be options to "Jump to" those sections, because the others aren't present on Newest Nodes at that time. Hope that makes some form of sense :)
