I'm no Spanish expert (and I've never looked that closely at any other Tutorial translations so I'm not sure what the conventions typically used are) but it seems like you've translated the comments from the example C code, but not in the Perl code ... wouldn't that be helpful to Spanish readers as well?

On the same lines, it seems like it would be very handy to translate the string literals (ie: "hello", "Order time: ", etc...) and perhaps even the variable names ($item, $order_time, etc...).
