rvosa has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
Dear monks,
I am looking for a place that will host a mailing list for Bio-Phylo, preferably using something like majordomo or mailman. Is there an entity in the perl community (e.g. TPF) that can facilitate these sorts of thing? I know there's a big list of mailing lists at lists.perl.org, but does that mean there's some way to apply for something@perl.org? Thanks!
