I wonder what a RAA is? A link would be nice. I guess it is CPAN for ruby. But why should a monk contribute there too?

    I don't think anyone is saying that you should contribute to RAA. But it might be nice if people did. Currently one of the main things stopping me from switching a lot of my work to Ruby is the fact that the vast majority of CPAN modules aren't available.
