As far as I can see one of the best reasons for using Perl is PerlMonks! Every now and then you come across a "best of breed" that is so much better than any of the others in its cohort that the others just fade into the background. PerlMonks is of that sort. Sorry, you have been spoilt. :) DWIM is Perl's answer to Gödel
