add negative reviews to cpanratings for modules where the author doesn't respond to bug reports in a reasonable time
I like this, except that the CPAN rating page only has 4 rating categories:
  • Documentation
  • Interface
  • Ease of Use
  • Overall
I'm going to contact whoever is responsible for that site at the Perl Foundation to see about adding:
  • Reliability
  • Author Support
