Or not considering their resume simply because they haven't paid a diploma mill to get a certification?
Yes, this puts me at both sides of this argument. Certification sucks as a means of sorting candidates. PERL instead of Perl should be in the same category for me. Call me inconsistent. :) -- Randal L. Schwartz, Perl hacker
