I think you visited my home node where I keep such a message in plain HTML for over a year now.

If it wasn’t for the double nodelet box border and the double appearance of the XP nodelet, you might have fooled me, you naughty creature. Nice hack. :-)

      Thanks!

I wanted the message to look like a bug in the experience system. The double appearance of the XP nodelet could still issue a race condition, wasn't it for the double border which was the only way to realize this with plain HTML.
If murugu had viewed the source code he could have seen that this is a Cheat Nodelet, however, it worked.

I noticed someone wonder how this trick "worked" when they have (the badly named) "Be really paranoid about homenodes" enabled (which will become the manditory default "RSN"). I did some checking and you need to have that and "Enforce proper nesting of HTML" enabled (which will also become the manditory default "RSN") and then the "trick" becomes obvious.

Heh, maybe paranoia should cause proper nesting to be default too. And im fine with renaming it, just tell me what name you want.

Ah, that explains why I’m seeing the double borders.
