According to the CDRAKE directory on CPAN, it would seem it's been up since May. It's just not in the CDRAKE listing on search.cpan.org. (I took very a quick look at the tarball and didn't see any glaring issues so I don't know why that would happen.)

For CDRAKE -- if you increment the version number and resubmit to PAUSE, what kind of messages do you get?

Well spotted - that's a keen eye: I've adjusted the README and comments inside the .pm so my doco now has the new correct name (the original name wasn't sensible, so I'd changed it before posting my v0.01)

My plan was to add Linux and Macintosh support, but I never bothered yet since it seems nobody can get/use it anyhow... so I might quickly throw the Linux stuff in there and see if this and my name fixes can get a 0.02 showing up. If it shows, I'll spend some more time adding Mac to v0.03

It shouldn't care about the docs. The package statement in the .pm file seems OK. But even still, search.cpan.org doesn't, to my experience, care about what's in the distribution. Separately, kobesearch finds it, so it looks like something specific to search.cpan.org.
