Specifically, with wget (if you're on windows, grab a copy of cygwin) it's as simple as:

date=`date +%Y%m%d`
mkdir static_cut_$date
(cd static_cut_$date && wget -m -nH http://localwebserver/)
[download]

@/=map{[/./g]}qw/.h_nJ Xapou cets krht ele_ r_ra/;
map{y/X_/\n /;print}map{pop@$_}@/for@/
[download]
