One stop shopping? With Atom support, XML::RSS could create and parse pretty much all RSS formats of note.

    Well, for one there's XML::Feed -- It's a syndication format abstraction layer. Secondly, I would prefer that XML::RSS stick to what it's been named for (RSS parsing of course :) -- and do it well.
