When you re-run it, does it produce the same errors on the same files?
If so, you could try to isolate the problem and mail it to the author of PDF::API2.

    Sometimes, thats the issue, the same request somtimes goes wrong, sometimes gives the error or somtimes goes right. (even after page refreshes)..
    There is no pattern to be found though.
