In this post, maybe. In the file itself, they're actual tabs. I use emacs, and it only untabifies if I tell it to. Which I haven't.
I did triple check that the DATA lines in question are using real tabs, by the way. But just to be sure that I'm sure, I did change the split to use \s+ and it produced the same behavior.
