I don't mean to be an ass -- well, maybe I do -- but I couldn't even read the first sentence of the original post here. It was barely legible. Maybe if the author spent more time working on his language skills instead of bitching about how management is stupid, management would pay attention to him more.

Just a thought.

Oh, and brian is right on about how management has to make sure the machine runs smoothly. That is its job. You are not that important, and you can be replaced. Especially if you can barely put a few words together to form a sentence. Not for nothing.
