I was exactly in your position 4-5 months ago, and we ended up going with Catalyst.

I have been using Catalyst for a real world project with 4 programmers - we had to freeze the Catalyst code because the Catalyst developers wouldn't stop changing things around - in the 3 months since our project started, Catalyst has grown from version 4.8 to 5.2, and part of the interface has been extensively modified.

However, I must say that Catalyst is a a great package -- we just had to stop the upgrade madness and keep using what we knew was stable. We feel very confortable with Catalyst -- although at some points it felt like we were the only ones working on a real world project with it -- in the end it really helped us and it's been working great. I must also say that the Catalyst devs are great people - and the project is being worked on almost 24/7.

We are planning on upgrading to the latest catalyst asap - but first we are going to do some extensive testing.

    Just my $.02
