(I'm using the caret as a substitute for lambda because I'm not in a mood to mess with non-7-bit ASCII values at the moment)
What kind of mood do you have to be in to not want to mess with HTML? (λ = λ)

    The kind where gritting my teeth any harder would have sent smoking bits of enamel flying across the room. I was not in a frame of mind to check the entity tables at that particular moment. ;-)
