This works nicely in my humble opinion:
my @array=( [ 0, 1, 2, 3, 4], [25,26,27,28,29], [10,11,12,13,14] ); print @array->[$_]->[3],$/ for (0..3); 3 28 13
Though it's not exactly what you're asking for.
