The find method did not return any node because it looked for elements named Associationid outside any namespace, but the elements in your document are from the http://www.nwmls.com/Schemas/General/EverNetOfficeXML.xsd namespace. I don't know how to use namespaces with XML::XPath. You might look at XML::LibXML and XML::LibXML::XPathContext. --
