Linking direct to the .exe probably isn't the best idea as you never know what you might end up downloading / running... especially as it's from an AM so it could be anyone...

    Esp since http://www.enginsite.com/Download.htm makes no mention of any "Visual Perl Module Manager" and the download directory (cited in the grandparent) is "verboten."

    No proof here, and AM does say "beta" so legit software might well be unlisted... but g_m's observation (++) is well taken.
