When I'm not programming to earn my daily bread, I work on <a href="http://www.pvoice.org">pVoice</a>. Initially a project for my own daughter, but after three years of working on it, it has become useful for more and more people. <br /><br />
If I wouldn't have been a programmer, I wouldn't have thought of starting such a project. I think that in my case I couldn't have had a better profession than being a software engineer...
