Yes, IMO this is unethical. You can run into trouble. Once I inadvertently violated Google's TOS and the ip-address was blacklisted. Unfortunately this happened to be the ip-address of the proxy that served the whole company I worked for. It took a letter with apologies to Google to get this corrected. Just my 2 cents, -gjb-
