If you are worried enough to spend money* you can use Per2Exe at http://www.indigostar.com/perl2exe.htm (Windows and various Unices ) ($149) or http://www.indigostar.com/perl2exe.htm for ActiveStates Perl Development Kit for Windows only ($95) . I use the latter and am satisfied.
You can get a 3O day trial copy of ActiveState.
*You have already spent more than $149 of your own time.
