Smoking costs a lot of money, hurts, and soils. And smells. If I have to smell tobacco, I prefer it when it isn't burnt I don't smoke, I never did, and I never will. Ciao! The very nature of Perl to be like natural language--inconsistant and full of dwim and special cases--makes it impossible to know it all without simply memorizing the documentation (which is not complete or totally correct anyway).
