in thread Auto NodeReaper Approval

Maybe I didn't make my case clear. Please let me restate what my line of thinking is:

When I check at the bottom of any section (ie: Seekers of Perl Wisdom, Mediations, etc) that has a space for aproval or mediation, I sometimes find nodes there, depending on whether or not anyone has submitted any questions. Sometimes I find nodes sitting there for approval that are from the NodeReaper saying just that, that whatever node it was has been Reaped. It appears to me that the Reaper nodes are awaiting approval, not the original nodes. So I click the "Ok" box and submit. Am I not suppose to okay these? Remember, I am not talking about the original nodes, I am only talking about the node that says "This node was...."

This goes back to my original question (with addition): Is there any reason that some automatic house cleaning isn't done with these secondary nodes? Why aren't the Reaper nodes pre-approved (not the Reaped nodes)? Or shouldn't the Reaper nodes be exibiting this behavoir at all?
