Fire and Brimstone Wings

1 c. Chili Sauce
1 c. Ketchup
1 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1 med. onion chopped finely
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcesteshire Sauce
2 large Garlic Cloves minced
1 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1/2 Tsp. Smoke Flavoring
1/4 Tsp. Cayanne Pepper

Simmer for 15min. Onion should be softened
and Sauce should have thickened.

Let wings marinade for at least 1 day, 2 or 3 is better. I usually use big ziplocs.

Despite the name, these wings are not very hot, and most people who don't like hot
stuff LOVE these. To make them hot you can easily add hot sauce, cook in habaneros,
etc etc. It works very well. I usually make part hot, part not.
