in thread T-shirt

Monks eschew jewelry and other material trappings - a simple robe is enough. Besides, monks and crosses makes me think of Father Dure *shudder*.

I think the T-Shirt idea rocks. Would there be different T-shirts to incorporate the different nomenclature of monk: kung foo fighting Shaolin Monks, Fat Jolly Franciscans, Boozy Dominican, etc.?

Each of these idioms is encapsulated in the 'average' Perl Monk.

I think the idea of making differentiating rank is unwise.

I'm not so creative when it comes to creating nice nomenclature, but I do agree that the shirts shouldn't be different in ranking.
