    Show the code you already have to test your website, maybe? It might even help us to help you further, this 'showing the code'-thing.

    Start by reading and learning from your mistakes. First, stop asking the same question. Second, you've already been told what to read so go read. You can't do web programming if you don't know CGI/HTTP, so you have to start by learning CGI/HTTP. Neither topic is exclusive to perl.
