A Secret::Agent proxy. You obtain them from Q. A word of warning though. He doesn't just give it out to anyone. You practically have to be in the single-digit status within Her Majesty's Royal Secret Service. Dave	[reply]

Any version of Squid or Apache can do this, by simply not adding the various `X-Forwarded-For` and `Via` headers. Searching Google for anonymizing proxy will give you more information on how to interact with the Web anonymously.	[reply]
