in reply to New (rude) Activestate Perl Icon

When I installed ActiveState Perl 5.8.3.809 their icon looked more like a mushroom to me (gray color and all).

In windows icons are usually resources in a dll. I believe if you have the right tools you can alter the resource section of a dll if you find it truly offensive.

    As the OP says above,

It doesn't look much like a lizard when viewed as 32x32 icon sent as part of an e-mail to your boss!!
so the problem might be getting the modified binary to the boss's home machine.
