jobs.perl.org will let you post a job ad. Most of the monks that responded could probably do the job, as could many who did not. You could /msg these monks or look on their home nodes (click their name) for a private email address. If this is a custom app, compiled already, located on company servers, for which you simply have the header files have you contemplated the logistics of access and testing?
