XML::Twig is frequently recommended and is well documented with lots of example code. Show us what you have tried and we will help correct your code. You will get much better help and learn a lot more that way than having us write a chunk of code for you.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
