This is just a guess, but it looks as if they both started off with a fixed million each, and the (as of this writing) 55 and 33 extra XPs were actually voted! I'm telling ya man, we gotta go negative on these guys, they are making us look bad. :o)

<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
