The bugs database, http://bugs.perl.org
doesn't have any open bugs mentioning NetWare.
Note that man perlport points you to the
ports directory on CPAN for the NetWare
ports. Also from man perlport:
A free perl5-based PERL.NLM for Novell Netware is
available in precompiled binary and source code form
from http://www.novell.com/ as well as from CPAN.
The manual page does list 5.003_07 as the
release that's ported to NetWare though (but that information
could be outdated). The reason such an old version of Perl
is the only one available is that noone was interested enough
to do the port.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
