But congrats on this and thanks for the detailed article you have here. I've tried some challenges on codegolf and my best was to become 80th in one of them. This golfing stuff really hurts my eyes, but it's fun to play :)

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
