Naw, I've kicked that habit.....I just show up to respond to nodes like yours, and the occaisional graphics or gui or threads question. It's my obligation to the human race to share my puny bit of knowledge. :-) Of course, if someone is saying something obviously controversial in the Chatterbox, I may stay a few minutes to set them right. :-) Of course you must remember, I'm just a 2 finger typist.. also where else can you get your thoughts recorded for free? Most blog sites come and go, just like the wind......but Perlmonks has been like a giant wave washed boulder. Will that buy me a few weeks of respect around here ? :-)

Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
