Hire a keyboard company to make keyboards that emit small radio signals for every key typed (along with a keyboard id), and have a central collecting receiver. Wireless keyboards sell at about $10. They are safe just about as a cardboard armor, so it shouldn't be so difficult to build a centralized receiver. This is the main reason why I never used and will never use them...
