Hi all
I have installed sybperl 1.08 with activeperl. I ran perl makefile.pl. Got some messages about libraries not found.
When I try to run script, I get:
install_driver(Sybase) failed: Can't locate DBD/Sybase.pm in @INC (@IN
+C contains
: C:\mk\Etc C:/Perl/site/lib C:/Perl/lib .) at (eval 4) line 3.
Perhaps the DBD::Sybase perl module hasn't been fully installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'Sybase' isn't right.
Available drivers: CSV, DBM, ExampleP, File, Gofer, ODBC, Oracle, Prox
+y, SQLite,
Sponge.
at C:\p_sc\p1.pl line 9
Can somebody recommend what should I do next. I browsed web for hours - could not find an answer.
Thank you, Gene.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
